Our Mission

The Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministry serves those who connect youth and young adults with Jesus Christ, each other, the Church and its mission.  We provide resources, training, formation and programs for ministry with younger and older adolescents and young adults. We help parishes and other faith communities develop comprehensive approaches to these ministries. We support church leadership in engaging faith communities as they respond to the needs and include the gifts of youth and young adults.

The Department of Youth & Young Adult Ministry’s event, Witness the Spirit, has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 13 at Nardin Academy.  Doors open at 6:30

**Please share this information with those in your parish who were planning to attend or may have been receiving awards at this event.**

We ask that any parishes who had previously ordered tickets confirm the number you need by Dec. 3 with Diane Ruminski.  Additional tickets can be purchased, and already purchased tickets that cannot be used due to rescheduling will receive a refund, as long as the request is made by Dec. 3

If your parish has not already purchased tickets or submitted award nominations, but now would like to, you may do so until Dec. 3

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who are so terribly affected by this difficult weather, especially those who have lost their lives and their families and friends.  We pray that you, your families and communities make it through safely and stay healthy!
